If it is discovered that a child under 3 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will delete it immediately. The Service Provider welcomes the use of the Application by students of all ages, including those as young as 5 years old. However, parental or guardian consent is required for users under the age of 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information without such consent, the Service Provider will delete that information.
